e-Campus is Spark Health Africa’s internally built hybrid learning and networking platform designed to advance transformative leadership, collective impact, and scaling of innovations in the public sector in Africa. Membership is institutionally based and demand-driven—recruitment is tailored to the needs of organizations, ensuring participation is strategic and aligned with organizational goals. Program participants and alumni from our TLCC, CI, and PSS programs are eligible to join.

e-Campus provides a blended learning experience with virtual interactive self-learning and facilitated online webinars. Members can access engaging events featuring public sector leaders, participate in Innovation Cohort forums to apply principles to real-world challenges, and build their professional networks across countries and cohorts. The platform is designed to safeguard program continuity against unforeseen events and drive cost efficiencies through hybrid engagement.

e-Campus ensures that learning continues long after formal programs end. It provides a space for alumni to share challenges and solutions, access resources, and participate in moderated discussions that reinforce transformative leadership principles.
